What is Clearahead?

How is Clearahead different from other goal tracking software?
Most goal tracking software shows whether a goal is on track. Clearahead also shows why: every goal has an ordered list of what’s holding it back and the moves to clear it. And instead of check-in forms, people update AJ in a sentence and AJ does the rest.
Is Clearahead OKR software?
