Prices exclude VAT, and commission is worked out without it. Teams paying in US dollars pay $397 a month or $3,997 a year, and you earn 25% in dollars.

Who is it for?
Business coaches, advisers, consultants, fractional executives and anyone who leads a community of founders or leadership teams. If the people you work with want their whole team aligned on the same goals, Clearahead is worth telling them about.
How much can I earn?
You earn 25% of what each team you refer pays, excluding VAT, for as long as they pay. On the monthly plan that’s about £74 a month per team. Ten teams is around £740 a month, every month.
What do the teams I refer get?
30% off their first month. On the annual plan, that’s 30% of a month’s price off their first year. They start on the free plan like everyone else, so they can try Clearahead properly before paying.
What if they don’t click my link?
Give them your code instead. They enter it on the Billing page when they upgrade, and the referral is yours. It also unlocks their discount, so they have a reason to use it.
When do I get paid?
Commission is held for 30 days after each payment, in case of a refund, then paid out at the start of the next month by PayPal or Wise, once you’re owed £50 or more. You get an email statement with each payout.
Can I use Clearahead with the teams I refer?
Yes. Many advisers join their clients’ organisations as a Viewer or Contributor. That doesn’t affect your commission.
Do I need a Clearahead account?
No. Your affiliate details are separate from any Clearahead account, so you can join the programme whether or not you use Clearahead yourself.
