Who it's for

Built for AI-native startups and the companies moving to AI.

Clearahead is the operating model for the AI era: one place where a company sets its goals, finds what's holding it back and moves on it, without the meetings, the reports or the frameworks built for a world that's gone. Here's who it fits.

  • AI-native startups with 4 or more people, usually pre-seed or seed, raising or hiring.
  • Companies of up to 200 people becoming AI-assisted, AI-enabled or AI-native.
  • Business coaches and mentors who work with those founders and leadership teams.
  • The person who brings it in is usually the founder or CEO, the COO, or the head of growth.
  • Free for up to three people and one workspace. One flat price for the whole company after that.

Three kinds of team.

01

AI-native startups

Small teams that build and sell with AI from day one, usually 4 to 30 people, pre-seed or seed, raising or hiring.

There are no old rituals to unlearn, but there's no operating rhythm either, and the gap shows the moment you hire or raise. Clearahead gives the team one goal, an honest view of what's in the way, and a page investors and new hires can read without a deck.

A good fit if

  • You call yourselves AI-first or AI-native, or a small team is doing what used to take a big one.
  • You're raising, or about to, and need to show what's moved since last month.
  • You're hiring, and each new person asks what matters most right now.

Companies moving to AI

Growing companies of 20 to 200 people with a leadership team and a goal that matters, part-way through moving to AI.

The team already uses AI every day, but the company still runs on status meetings, monthly reports and goal spreadsheets built before it. Clearahead replaces that machinery with one live model of the goal, what's holding it back and the moves on each, kept current by AJ.

A good fit if

  • AI-assisted: you've decided to adopt AI and you're working out how.
  • AI-enabled: your team uses AI daily, but how you run the company hasn't changed.
  • AI-native: you've rebuilt the work around AI and want the operating rhythm to match.

Coaches and mentors

Business coaches, startup and accelerator mentors and fractional COOs who work with the founders and leadership teams above.

Clients leave a session fired up, then drift until the next one. With Clearahead the plan stays live between sessions. Clients invite you at no extra cost, you see their goal and what is in the way, and you switch between clients from one login.

A good fit if

  • You work with founders or leadership teams of startups or companies under 200 people.
  • You have several active clients and want to see progress without chasing for it.

Who does what.

The founder, CEO, COO or head of growth usually brings Clearahead in. Everyone who moves the goal works in the same place.

When teams usually start.

  • You've just set a new target, held a strategy day or closed a round.
  • You've rolled out AI tools, or a board or investor has asked for an AI plan.
  • A new COO or head of growth has joined to bring focus.
  • Last quarter's plan went quiet a few weeks after it was agreed.
  • The founder is still the bottleneck: the only one who can close, approve or decide.
  • You tried OKRs, EOS or Scaling Up, and keeping it up became the job.

Not a fit.

  • Solo founders, or anyone after a personal productivity tool.
  • Teams who want a task or project manager. Clearahead decides what is worth doing; your other tools handle the doing.
  • Buyers who want a KPI dashboard fed by other systems.
  • Companies of more than 200 people that need single sign-on and procurement reviews.
  • Companies that don't use AI and aren't planning to.
  • Highly regulated data that can't go to an AI provider.

Questions.

What is Clearahead?

The operating model for the AI era. One place where a company sets its goals, finds what's holding it back and moves on it. AJ, the AI inside Clearahead, aligns your team and takes away the admin, all through a simple conversation.

What size of company is it for?

AI-native startups from about 4 people, and companies of up to 200. Teams of up to three can use the free plan for as long as they like.

Which sectors does it suit?

Any company with a goal it can measure and a team that can change what is in the way. It is used most in software and SaaS, agencies and professional services, e-commerce and B2B brands, and manufacturing.

Does our company need to be AI-native already?

No. It suits companies at any stage of the move to AI, from deciding to adopt it to rebuilding around it. It is not a fit if you have no plans to use AI at all.

Who in the company should set it up?

Usually the founder or CEO, the COO, or the head of growth. Setup takes a few hours: talk AJ through your goal and it builds the first version of the model with you.

How much does it cost?

Free for up to three people and one workspace. The Clearahead plan covers the whole company for £297 a month or £2,997 a year ($397 or $3,997), with unlimited people and up to 10 workspaces.

Sound like your team?

Free for up to 3 people. No card needed.
