Can my clients see each other?
Never. Each client is its own organisation, with its own members, billing and data. They see your name and email, nothing else.
What does it cost me?
Nothing to join a client’s organisation. Your clients pay one price for their whole team. If you want an organisation for your own practice, it starts on the free plan too.
Which clients is it a good fit for?

How is it different from a shared doc or spreadsheet?
A document records what was agreed. Clearahead keeps it moving: each move has an owner, updates take a sentence, AJ files the evidence and carries what matters up to the constraint and the goal, and the Monday brief tells everyone what changed. Nobody has to remember to update the doc.
Is my clients’ data safe?
Yes. Everything is encrypted and held in European data centres, and each organisation’s data is kept separate. Clients can export or delete everything at any time. Read our privacy policy.
Can I set a client up?
Yes. Most clients set the goal and their first constraint in one session with AJ, so you can do it together in the room. The client creates the organisation, then invites you.
