Every time someone tells AJ what happened, AJ pulls out the facts, in your team’s own words, and saves them to the item they’re about, with who said it and when. Over time every goal, constraint and move builds up the evidence for why it’s there.

How it works.
Logged as you update.
There’s no separate form to fill in. When you click Update with AJ and say what happened, AJ logs what you said as evidence on that item. The update and the record of it are the same step.
Each piece knows what it is.
Evidence is saved as a figure, an observation, an estimate or a belief, and a belief records how sure you are: a hunch, fairly sure or sure. AJ marks its own estimates as AJ’s, so you can always tell them apart from the team’s.
Each piece shows which part of the page it feeds: the current reality, why it matters, why we believe it, or how we’ll know it’s done.
Nothing is quietly overwritten.
The Evidence and history tab lists current evidence first, then past evidence crossed out, with the reason it changed. History is the full record of who changed what, and when.

Clearahead doesn’t replace your dashboards or connect to your systems. Tell AJ a number the way you’d tell a colleague, like your current financial position, and AJ saves it next to its context: which constraint it supports, which move it came from and what changed.
