Where you stand, written up every Monday.
Every Monday morning, AJ, the AI inside Clearahead, writes a short brief at the top of the goal page. The wins, a read on how it’s going, what moved, what you learned and up to three things that need you. Leadership gets the insight and the reason behind it, without asking anyone for an update.

How it works.
What’s in it.
The brief opens with the week’s wins and AJ’s read on how it’s going. Then what moved: the moves that landed and the constraints that eased. Then what we learned, from the evidence the team shared. It ends with up to three things that need you, so the decisions don’t wait for a meeting.
Every item AJ mentions links straight to it, so you can open the detail in one click.
Written from your plan, not a template.
AJ writes the brief from what actually happened in your workspace that week: the updates, the moves, the constraints and the evidence behind them. Most reports show you a number. The brief tells you why it moved, which is usually what a director needs to know.
On time, every week.
AJ writes each brief early on Monday morning, on your organisation’s clock. A new workspace doesn’t wait a week: its first brief arrives as soon as it has a goal and a constraint.
If the model changes after AJ has written the brief, the brief says so, and an Architect can ask AJ to rewrite it.
Five minutes to start the week.
The habit is small. On Monday, read This week from AJ, then check My work for what’s yours. That replaces the status meeting for most teams. The Monday summary email lists the week’s briefs too, so you see them before you even open the app.
Why leadership teams like it.
-
No chasing for updates.
The brief is written from what the team has already told AJ, so nobody prepares a report.
-
The why, not just the what.
Each line comes with the context behind it, the way a good head of department would tell it.
-
Decisions up front.
Up to three things that need you, at the end of every brief, so nothing important waits.
-
Everyone reads the same thing.
The whole team, the board and advisers see the same brief on the goal page.

Questions.
Do we still need a weekly status meeting?
Most teams find they can drop it, or turn it into a shorter meeting about the things that need a decision. The brief covers what moved and what’s stuck, so the meeting doesn’t have to.
Can directors read it without asking AJ anything?
Yes. The brief is waiting on the goal page every Monday, and it’s in the Monday summary email. Nobody has to ask a question or run a report.
Who can see the brief?
Everyone who can see the workspace, including Viewers such as the board, investors and advisers.
Can we get a fresh brief mid-week?
If the model has changed since AJ wrote it, an Architect can ask AJ to rewrite the brief from the goal page.
