How it works.
One goal, with its own model.
A workspace has its own model: its goal, its constraints, its moves and their evidence. It has its own Ideas and its own This week from AJ, so each department sees its own targets clearly without cluttering anyone else’s.
When to start another.
Start a new workspace for a genuinely different goal. If something serves a goal you already have, make it a constraint or a move there instead. That keeps every workspace focused, and keeps the work that matters in one place.
Switch in a click.
Click the workspace name in the top left to switch, or to start a new one. Architects can rename or delete workspaces in Settings. Deleting one asks you to type its name first, so nothing goes by accident.
The free plan has one workspace. The Clearahead plan includes up to 10 for the whole organisation, at no extra cost. Need more? Email aj@clearahead.ai.
Several organisations, one login.
Advise a few companies, coach founders or run more than one business? One login can belong to several organisations. Switch from the organisation name in the top bar without signing out.

Can you manage multiple departments and their separate targets?
Yes, with workspaces. Give each department its own workspace with its own goal, constraints and moves, so every team tracks its own targets. The Clearahead plan includes up to 10 workspaces.
Do we pay per workspace?
No. The free plan includes one workspace. The Clearahead plan is £297 a month for the whole company, with unlimited people and up to 10 workspaces. See pricing.
Is a workspace the same as an organisation?
No. Your organisation is your company: it holds your team and your billing. Workspaces sit inside it, one per goal.
