For companies implementing AI

Your teams are using AI. Now change how the company runs.

Rolling out AI tools is the easy part. The hard part is that the company still runs on monthly reports, status meetings and a plan from last January. Clearahead is the operating model for companies becoming AI-assisted, AI-enabled or AI-native: one goal, what’s really holding it back and the moves to clear it, kept current by AJ.

AI changed how your teams work. Nothing changed how the company runs.

Most AI programmes start with tools: licences, pilots, a policy, a few champions. Productivity goes up in pockets. But the way the company sets priorities and tracks progress stays exactly as it was, so the gains don’t add up to anything the board can see.

  • Pilots everywhere, no shared goal.

Every team is experimenting. Nobody can say how it adds up to what the company is trying to achieve.

  • Work moves daily. Reporting moves monthly.

By the time the pack reaches the leadership meeting, it describes a company that has already moved on.

  • The strategy day fades by spring.

The away day agreed a direction. A few weeks later the day job won, and the sticky notes went in a drawer.

  • Meetings just to find out where things are.

Status rounds take hours a week and still miss what’s stuck.

AI transformation is an operating model change, not a tools project.

The management systems most companies run on were designed before Slack, Zoom or AI. They assume information moves slowly, so they batch it: monthly reports, quarterly reviews, annual plans. When your people can draft, analyse and ship in hours, the batching becomes the bottleneck. We wrote about why in Why are you doing that?

Becoming AI-assisted, AI-enabled or AI-native means the company has to run at the speed its teams now work. That doesn’t need another framework or a six-month consulting project. It needs one loop everyone can see: set the goal, find what’s holding it back, move on it, and when it clears, find the next thing. Read more in The operating model for the AI era.

Clearahead is that loop, with AJ doing the asking and the admin. It works alongside the change you’re already making. If you’re mid-transformation, give the programme its own workspace: the goal is what AI should change for the business, the constraints are what’s stopping adoption, and the moves are what your teams are doing about it.

It’s built to be run by your own people. Most companies are up and running in hours, not months, with no training days, and pay one price for the whole company rather than per seat. If your teams can use ChatGPT, they can run this.

What your company gets.

Real screens from the app. AJ keeps them up to date.

  • One goal page the whole company can read.

What you’re aiming for, why it matters, how you’ll know, and where it stands today. The same page for the board, the leadership team and the newest hire.

A goal page in Clearahead: Reach £4m ARR by the end of 2027, with the current reality under the title, then why it matters, why we believe it and how we'll know it's done.
  • What’s really holding the goal back.

AJ keeps asking why until you reach causes a team can change: skills, data, a process only one person understands. You put them in order.

The model in Clearahead: the goal, and under it three constraints in the team’s order, each with its status, owner and moves.
  • Moves owned by the people doing the work.

Heads of department own the moves and update in a sentence. AJ files the evidence, so leaders see progress without a report.

A constraint page in Clearahead: We have no repeatable way to qualify leads, with four moves, each with its status, due date and owner.
  • A Monday brief instead of the status meeting.

The wins, how it’s going and up to three things that need leadership. Read in five minutes, not discussed for an hour.

This week from AJ: three wins, a read on the week, what moved, what we learned, and three things that need you.

How companies bring it in.

  1. 01

    Start with one goal.

Pick the goal that matters most this year, or the AI programme itself. Talk AJ through it and it builds the first version with you the same day.

  2. 02

    Bring what you already have.

Paste in strategy-day notes, board papers or your OKRs. AJ turns them into the goal, the constraints and the first moves, and you check each one before it’s saved.

  3. 03

Hand moves to your heads of department.

Each owner keeps their moves current in a sentence. AJ carries what matters up to the constraint and the goal.

  4. 04

    Add workspaces as you go.

Give each department or programme its own goal, up to 10 workspaces, all for one price.

Example from a professional services firm
Goal Cut proposal turnaround from ten days to two by March 2027
Constraint Only two people know how to get good drafts out of our AI tools
Moves
  • Build a shared prompt library for proposals
  • Each team lead runs one proposal end to end with AI

An illustration, not a customer story.

Who does what.

Three roles, enforced by the app. Everyone is included in one price.

  • CEO, COO and leadership team

    Architect

Set the goal, agree the constraints in order and make the calls AJ flags.

  • Heads of department and team leads

    Contributor

Own moves, update in a sentence and raise new constraints from the front line.

  • Board and investors

    Viewer

Follow the whole picture and ask AJ questions, without a board pack.

Questions.

What do AI-assisted, AI-enabled and AI-native mean?

Roughly: AI-assisted teams use AI tools to help with their work. AI-enabled companies build AI into how their processes and products work. AI-native companies are designed around AI from the start. Clearahead fits anywhere on that journey, as long as you’re moving along it.

Is Clearahead an AI implementation service?

No. It’s software your own team runs, and it gives you the operating model to run the company while you change how it works. If you’d like help with the move itself, get in touch and we’ll help you find it.

We already run OKRs or EOS. Does it fit?

Yes. Give your main objective or rock its own workspace. Clearahead finds what’s stopping it and keeps the moves on track between meetings.

Do we have to replace the tools we use?

No. Clearahead sits above Microsoft 365, Slack, Asana, Monday, Jira or your CRM. It decides what’s worth doing, and they handle the doing.

How big a company is it for?

Teams of up to about 200 people. Beyond that you’ll usually need single sign-on and enterprise controls, which Clearahead doesn’t offer yet. See who it’s for.

Is our company data safe?

Yes. Everything is encrypted and held in European data centres, and each organisation’s data is kept separate. AJ uses OpenAI’s API, and your data isn’t used to train their models. Read our privacy policy.

How much does it cost?

One price for the whole company: £297 a month or £2,997 a year ($397 or $3,997), with unlimited people and up to 10 workspaces. No seats to count, and it’s free for up to three people while you try it. See pricing.
