Clearahead sends each person a short summary on the weekday mornings they choose, with what’s theirs and the big changes in their workspaces. If there’s nothing to tell you, no email is sent.

How it works.
What’s in the summary.
It leads with for you: when someone makes you the owner of something or changes something you own, and your moves that are due. Then in your workspaces: constraints confirmed, easing or completed, moves done or dropped, new constraints and moves, and each new This week from AJ.
Your own changes are left out. You already know about those.
Your week ahead, on Mondays.
On Mondays the summary becomes your week ahead: what needs you this week, what changed since your last email and the week’s briefs. It arrives even after a quiet weekend, as long as Monday is one of your days, with a link straight to My work.
You choose when, and what.
Summaries start at 08:00 your time, Monday to Friday. In Settings, then Notifications, choose the days, the hour, your time zone and what to include. In more than one organisation? You get one email with a section for each, and you can turn any of them off.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Tips from AJ, when they help.
While your team is getting started, AJ sends the occasional tip: how to shape a goal, find a constraint or plan the first moves. Each one links to a short video in the docs, and you can stop tips with one click.
Sign-in links and invites come by email too. There are no passwords to remember.

Will I get an email every time something changes?
No. Clearahead sends one summary on the days you choose, covering everything since the last one. If nothing worth mentioning has happened, no email is sent.
Can I change when I get it, or turn it off?
Yes. Choose the days, the hour and your time zone in Settings, then Notifications, or turn summaries off. Every email has an unsubscribe link too.
Is the summary email the same as This week from AJ?
No. This week from AJ is the weekly brief on the goal page, written every Monday. The summary email is personal to you, and on Mondays it lists the week’s briefs.
