Workspaces

What a Workspace is, how to switch between them, and who can create a new one.

A Workspace is the main working area for one company Goal. It keeps that company’s model separate, while still sitting inside the same Clearahead account.

What a Workspace is

Use one Workspace for one company, division or distinct leadership context. Each Workspace has its own model, its own AJ sessions, and its own set of Model items.

That means you can keep different situations separate without opening a new account every time.

One account can own several Workspaces

A single account can own several Workspaces. That is useful if you work across more than one company, or if one company needs clearly separate Workspaces.

Billing is still account-wide. Team access is still account-wide. The Workspace is simply where one company Goal and its model live.

Switch between Workspaces

Use the Workspace switcher at the top of the Side menu. Select the current Workspace name, then choose the one you want.

Switching is immediate. You stay in the same account, but move into that Workspace’s own model and AJ sessions.

Create a new Workspace

Only an Owner can create a new Workspace.

To create one:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Workspaces.
  3. Select Create workspace.
  4. Enter the organisation name.

The new Workspace then appears in the Workspace switcher.

Where to find this

Open Settings → Workspaces to see every Workspace on the account and create a new one.

Use the Workspace switcher at the top of the Side menu to move between them.
