Billing is handled once, at account level. It covers every Workspace on that account.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial. Inside the app, you will see a countdown showing how many trial days are left.
The trial sits on the account, not on one Workspace. If your account has several Workspaces, they are all covered by the same trial.
Plans and currency
Clearahead offers two plans:
- Monthly
- Annual
You can choose to be billed in GBP or USD. The plan and currency apply across the whole account.
Subscribe
Only an account Owner can subscribe.
To subscribe:
- Open Settings.
- Choose Billing.
- Pick your billing currency.
- Choose Monthly or Annual.
- Continue to Stripe checkout.
Manage billing
Once you are subscribed, only an account Owner can manage billing.
Clearahead opens a secure Stripe billing portal for this. That is where an Owner can:
- update the card
- change plan
- cancel the subscription
Any billing change applies across every Workspace on the account.
Where to find this
Open Settings → Billing to subscribe or open the Stripe billing portal.
Only an account Owner can make billing changes.
