What we hold

Two kinds of data. Account data (your name, work email, company and role) and model data: the goals, constraints, actions, evidence and protected sessions your company writes into Clearahead.

Model data belongs to your company, not to us. You can export all of it at any time, in full, without asking.

Calendar and email

If you connect a calendar, we read the events you link to an action so we can record whether protected time held. We do not read, store or index the rest of your diary.

Why we hold it

To run the product you are paying for: to keep the model, compute momentum and attention coverage, send follow-ups, and show a report your leadership team can trust. That is the whole of it.

What we do not do

Agents and external readers

Clearahead can expose parts of your model to agents and integrations you approve. Every read is logged with the client, the fields read and the time. You can see that log, and you can revoke a client in one action.

Private conversations, anything AJ has inferred but nobody has accepted, and any individual’s calendar are never available to an external reader.

Where it lives, and how long

Data is held in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Backups are encrypted and rotated on a 35-day cycle.

Cancel and your model stays available to export for 30 days, then it is deleted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, within seven days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge.

We are the data controller for account data and the processor for your company’s model data. Our lead supervisory authority is the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
